V2, Video/Demonstration Is Buggy (Slow, Crashing)

Hi,
When pressing content (e.g. "reverb") if the software won't crash, it will take a lot of time for the video to load. It was all good in V1.
The challenge part is smooth and working well.
Is it a known issue?

Close Syntorial
Download this:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/3eta4ih44ikn461/all%20video_output%203.0.17.4.zip?dl=0
Unzip it to reveal a “video_output” folder
Drag this folder to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Syntorial\Plugins
It should ask if you want to overwrite the existing video_output folder. Say yes. If it doesn’t ask, let me know.
Open Syntorial and launch any one of the lessons that gave you video issues.
Does it work better after doing that?

Hi Ofir. Sorry for the issue. We’re experiencing some issues with the videos, and I am currently fixing them as we speak. Are you on Mac or Windows?
