Technical details on the filter, chorus, etc in the Primer synth

When working on the On your Own lessons, I'm having trouble getting the same sound with Pigments, or other synths, compared with the Syntorial synth, even though we can see all the parameters and tweak things to try to get close. I'm wondering if the developer can share some details like the type of filter and how chorus is implemented, to help us understand possible differences? I understand the math behind filter design, for instance; would love to know what kind of software filter is in use here in case that's the main difference. In the On Your Own 18 "Pad Warmth" path, for instance, the Syntorial one sounds rounder/warmer no matter what I do.
