On Friday I made a purchase for Syntorial course, however I received no details on how to access the course and there is no notion of the course in my profile. I created a request to support on Friday, but didn't receive any reaction to it. I asked the support to assist me again, but still at this point after two days there's no reaction from the Support, there is no course, and there is no money on my account as the money were charged from me on Friday.
I do yet give Syntorial some benefit of the doubt, as people seem to be using it and not have trouble with their money just disappearing into nowhere, but after two days with no solution or at least acknowledge from the side of support I am rather frustrated and concerned.
