I have also got the same issue. My audio during the lessons is working fine. The playback examples during the challenges are working fine. When I use my QWERTY keyboard to play notes while doing the challenge... this is also fine. But when I move to the quiz, the question samples are not audible. I can hear the sound effects (played for a right or wrong answer), so I don't think it's a problem with my audio setup.
Just another update, I ran into this again without audio device changing. I was able to get it to fix by just changing audio device options. IE: Headphones -> Mac Speakers -> Headphones
I had issues like this happen when my audio device changes. Usually I can change the settings in Midi controller and Audio and it works. Occasionally, it fixes audio only for the videos and I have t orestart the app.

Does not seem to work for me. I actually get some audio, I can vaguely hear some low frequencies.
