I think the basic tone is simple enough. Probably a saw, a few voices of Unison, some low pass filter to take off a bit of top edge. Where it gets interesting is the pitch modulation.
There's a really fast pitch drop creating that pointed attack transient that you hear on all of the chords, followed by a slower (but still fast) pitch rise that you hear on the longer-held notes. This can be achieved by modulating the oscillator's pitch with an envelope. The modulation amount should be NEGATIVE so that the attack stage lowers the pitch, and the decay stage raises it. The amount should be about an octave's worth. Then set the attack to very quick (about 50ms) to get that pointed transient. Then set the sustain to 0, and the decay to a bit longer than the attack (about 180 ms) to get the slower (but still quick) rise.
