Try this:

Oscillator: Saw. 4 or more voice Unison with full Width and enough Detune to make it slightly pitchy and aggressive
Filter Envelope: Bring the Cutoff down to a pretty round warm tone and turn the Res up a healthy amount. Then set the Filter Envelope Sustain to 0 and the Decay to a medium speed. Turn up the Env Amount until it starts to match the sound's "eeooow". You'll have to tweak all the settings until it gets right.
Amp Envelope: Turn the Sustain down a little bit and set a quick Decay. This will create an attack transient. Then turn up the main volume so the sound is loud again.
Voice Mode: Poly
