Appears at 0:05, just two notes (F and E-flat), sounds like 2 detuned sawtooths with some noise added, but overall the sound is fantastic and the signature sound of this classic track. But how to recreate it?
Oscillator: Saw. 4-voice Unison, with a little Width and medium Detune to get a nice smear. Don't sync the start phases of the oscillators, to avoid a pointed attack transient.
Noise: It's pretty noticeable in this patch, so add some White Noise and turn it up until it's pretty noticeable
Filter: 24 dB LowPass. Bring the Cutoff down a little bit to chop off a chunk of highs but still allow for a fairly bright sound. Bring the Res up a bit to give it a slightly narrower shape. If your synth's filter has Drive, boost that a bit to get some anolog-esque saturation.
Amp Envelope: Bring the Release up a bit to give it a small tail, 600ish ms.
