Patch Request: Main Synth
Patch / Preset Recreated
Hi, I've been trying to recreate the main synth at the beginning of this song:
It's a pretty tough one, I think there's some chorus and voice spreading on it, but that's all I can tell. If anyone would be able to give any insight into how they think it could be created, or even better what synth/vst would be known for having sounds like this I would really appreciate it. Thanks for any help.

Hi Joe, thanks so much for replying. As it just so happened I was flicking through some omnisphere presets soon after your reply and came upon one that sonically sounded very similar and after tweaking it a little got quite a close sound, to the point where I think it's the actual preset used. It was two samples of synth paths, one detuned a little, and the LFO set to modulate the panning. At least one sample was reversed and the starting point set towards the end of the sample I think, giving the synth that tuning change at the end of each note that you can hear. Upping the resonance in the filters was what got me very close to the sound. Thanks for you help.

Part of me thinks it's a sampled instrument like Piano or E Piano, part of me thinks it's a synth. For the synth you could try:
