Patch Request: George Michael - Fastlove (Flute Lead)

Hi,

I am chasing this flute like synth sound I have been hearing in deep house tracks lately.

See example below

The first synth that plays right from 0:00 , sounds like a flute. I am trying to recreate it in a subtractive synth.

I am doing a high pitched sine wave with a fast LFO to the filter cutoff. However I still can't get close.

Any pointers would be appreciated thanks

Try this instead:

Oscillator: Square

Filter: Low Pass, turn down just a bit to take off the top edge

Voice: Mono with portamento

LFO: Route to pitch to create a fast vibrato. Use the Mod Wheel to control the LFO amount so you can bring it whenever you need it
