Sorry for the very late reply on this! I missed it. Try this:

Oscillator: Saw

Filter: Low Pass, 24 dB slope, Cutoff around Noon.

Unison: 4-Voice, medium Detune

Filter Envelope: Zero Sustain with very fast Decay and Release to create the "click" attack transient.

Amp Envelope: Zero Sustain with medium-fast (700-800 ms) Decay and Release to create the Pluck shape

Delay: Rather than use an Arpeggiator I think there's just a noticeable Delay. Heave Mix, 16th note Time, Wide Spread, short Feedback so you just get about two delays per note
