Patch Request: DJ Khaled - I'm On One Ft. Drake, Rick Ross, & Lil Wayne (Synth Sound)

This is one of my favorite synth sounds ever, and I've yet to see anyone get it truly right online. T-Minus has done a lot of great sound design in hip-hop including this one, "Swimming Pools" by Kendrick Lamar, and many more.
Bonus points if you can do it in Serum, Synth1, or one of the native Ableton instruments. These bonus points might be out of selishness....
