Patch Request: A Safe Haven - I Gave You Everything I Had (Pad)

The pad I'm trying to recreate is in this track here:
I've gotten something sort of close but I haven't been able to nail down that fluttery high end sound. Anyone have any suggestions on remaking this pad in serum?
