Never Got My Upgrade for Alpha Testing

Hey hey, I had sent two support emails but never got a response back so I figured I'd try my luck here.

I was part of the second wave of alpha testing and was supposed to get a free upgrade to V2 for doing that but it seems like I can only download V1.

Sorry for the confusion. I just responded 15 minutes ago, but I’ll also answer here too. While our records show you signed up for the alpha test, we never received the required feedback survey from you, which unfortunately is necessary to get the free upgrade. Did you send your feedback differently?

Hmm, odd. I could have swore that I sent it in. I could remember taking the time to fill it out.

But OK, no worries, thanks anyways!
