Glitchy Screen With The Lessons

Hello,

I downloaded the free version of Syntorial to try it out before buying the full version and I have been learning a lot so far. However, the video lessons are glitchy and I am unsure what to do to fix it. Every thing else works fine thought. Can someone help me with this? I added an image of what it looks like. Thank you.

Hi

Sorry for the trouble. We've had this issue come up once before and solved it by doing the following:

  1. Open Finder, and from the Go menu select "Go to folder..."
  2. Copy and paste in: /Library/Quicktime
  3. Download and unzip the attached file, and move it to the folder from step 2
  4. Restart your computer

If that doesn't work, submit a support request ("Support" at the top of this page, followed by "Submit a Request" at the top of the next page) and we'll dig deeper
