I really like the improved Primer VST - now resizable UI and: all the parameters are MIDI-mapable, great! I am using the VST not only for learning but also as a bread&butter synth (there may be better sounding and feature-packed out there, but this one allowes to use the learned stuff from synthorial one to one in my music).
So would be nice to have it a little bit improved:
- when midi-mapping the list boxes and going through the values, I get eg. "Sine" "blank" "Saw" "blank" etc. Don't think "blank" is meant for anything, so would be nice if this will be fixed.
- quite sure it was in previous primer: for some sounds I would like to detach one OSC from keyboard tracking, means one OSC playing the note as pressed on keyboard, the other a drone-like sound with always the same pitch. Useful for bag-pipe sounds for example.
- and last: a nice to have would be another, more agressive filter type. Something that allows more "303"-like sounds π
Thanks for the suggestions! This in particular we really should fix. Will take a look.
