This is an iconic synth sound. It has a fundamental note, an octave, and an extra sound pitched a 5th up. It could be three saw waves, or perhaps three thin pulse waves. It sounds simple to recreate but it's actually hard to get close. I've not heard any Youtube recreation that faithfully recreates it.
